Receive your next invoice through the digital postal service Kivra instead of by paper.
We are introducing the free and easy-to-use digital postal service Kivra as the new delivery channel for invoices. Private customers of Oulun Energia and Oulun Energia Sähköverkko Oy have the opportunity to immediately receive their invoices through the digital postal service Kivra as of 1 October 2023. The service will allow you to receive, pay, and archive district heating and network service invoices.
Please note that if you have previously registered with Kivra, starting on 1 October, we will automatically send you the district heating and network service invoices that you have previously received from us by mail. All of Oulun Energia Sähköverkko Oy’s contract confirmations will also be sent through Kivra if the customer is using the service when signing the contract.
Electronic invoices arrive correctly and immediately to the digital postal service Kivra, allowing for more time before the payment due date. The service can also be shared with another Kivra user, in which case either party can view and pay the invoices.
The Kivra service will send you a message when a new invoice arrives and remind you of the payment due date as it approaches. Signing up to and using Kivra is free.
