Juha Juntunen has been CEO of Oulun Energia for three and a half years. During his term, the company has modernised its production structure, invested in cleaner and renewable energy production and taken big steps towards carbon neutrality. Investing in customer experience and security of supply of heat and electricity have helped Oulun Energia to achieve great results regardless of the turbulent operating environment of the past few years.

The changes we have made together with our investments to navigate the energy transition provide a stable foundation for the company’s long-term success. The company is on top form and its employees are seasoned professionals, so I am in a good position to pass the baton to my successor as I take the next step in my career”, Juha Juntunen says.
