Oulun Energia Group´s Corporate Governance

Oulun Energia is an energy and circular economy group owned by the City of Oulu. Our Articles of Association, Group guidelines, and good governance principles guide everything we do. The owner holds the Group's highest decision-making power, exercised through the General Meeting.

The Board steers the company's strategy, oversees operations, and guides the CEO's work. The owner elects Board members to match the requirements set by the company's size, market position, and industry.
