Kemin Energia ja Vesi Oy and Elvera Oy Agree on Business Transaction
Kemin Energia ja Vesi Oy (Kenve) and Elvera Oy have today, December 4, agreed on a business transaction in which Kenve’s electricity distribution network contracting business will be transferred to Elvera. At the same time, Kenve and Elvera have signed a three-year service agreement covering electricity distribution network construction, maintenance, fault repair, operational activities, as well as connection construction and metering.
The business will transfer to Elvera as of January 1, 2026. Following the confirmation of the transaction, eight employees will move from Kenve to the Elvera Group.
