Oulun Energia's customer service and also our invoicing partner Ropo Capital operate during Christmas and New Year during exceptional opening hours.
Customer service exceptional opening hours:
Thu 23 Dec 2021 - Day before Christmas Eve
- Customer service for network and district heating companies will close at 2 p.m.
Fri 24 Dec 2021 - Christmas Eve
- Customer service for network and district heating companies is closed
- Ropo customer service is closed
Fri 31 Dec 2021 - New Year's Eve
- Customer service for network and district heating companies will close at 2 p.m.
- Ropo customer will close at 4 p.m.
In addition, customer service is closed on Epiphany, Thursday 6 January 2022.
