Oulun Energia Sähköverkko is responsible for electricity transmission and distribution to nearly 120,000 customers within its distribution network area. To ensure reliable electricity distribution, the current electricity network—over 4,000 kilometres in length—is systematically maintained and refurbished, and new network sections are built when necessary. The agreement with Elvera covers electricity network construction, maintenance, metering, fault repair and on‑call duties.
