Our objective is to make paying your electricity and district heating bills as easy as possible. You can choose the billing interval, due date and billing method.
We can send you four, six or twelve bills per year. You can choose the billing interval when making the contract, or you can change it from your Energy Account.
You can also choose your billing method: an environmentally friendly e-invoice, direct debit or a paper bill. The e-invoice is generally recommended over a paper bill because it can be sent directly to your electronic banking service. Direct debit is a great option for customers who prefer not to use electronic banking services.

One electricity bill
If you have an electricity contract with us and live in an area with power distribution network services provided by a Northern Power company (in Raahe, Oulu, Simo, Kemi, Keminmaa, Tornio or Tervola), we send you a combined electricity bill with a breakdown of power distribution network fees and energy costs. If you live in an area serviced by another power distribution network company, you will receive two bills: we send you a bill for the electric power you have used, and your local power company bills you for transferring the electricity to you.
Go green with the e-invoice
The e-invoice is an online invoice that is sent directly to your electronic banking service. All the information you need to pay the bill is conveniently in the electronic invoice.
1. Make an e-invoice service contract via your electronic banking service.
2. Select the bills you wish to receive in your electronic banking service:

3. Enter your customer number and your billing contract number. This information can be found on the last page of your electricity or district heating bill and in your electricity/district heating contracts. Use your electricity billing contract number for the electricity bill and district heating billing contract number for the district heating bill.
4. You now have an e-invoicing contract. Your invoices will now be sent to your electronic banking service, where you can check the invoice details, approve the payment and, if necessary, change the sum and the due date. The changes usually take effect in your next invoice.
